What this section is

Most of TidyTools does something — you put numbers in and get an answer out. This section is different: it just publishes the numbers, in a form you can check, download and cite.

Every table here follows the same three rules. It is compiled from a source we name and link. Every row carries an identifier so you can verify it independently. And it is downloadable as both CSV and JSON, with no sign-up, so you can use it in a spreadsheet or a program without scraping this page.

Using this data

These tables are licensed CC BY 4.0. You may republish, adapt and use them commercially, including on a competing website, provided you credit TidyTools with a link. Each page carries a ready-made credit line. Where the underlying source is public domain, as USDA data is, that source imposes no restriction of its own.

The JSON and CSV files are served with permissive CORS headers, so you can fetch them directly from your own pages and applications.
